Please note that because we are also selling at our physical store, some products may sell out before you arrive—even if they were available when you checked online. To avoid any disappointment, we kindly recommend you WhatsApp Us to inform us of your intended visit and the quantity you need at least 12 to 24 hours in advance.

Alternatively, you can place your order and make payment online, and we’ll deliver your items directly to your location for a reasonable delivery fee (see delivery options here).

Please Note – If You Visit the Store Without Notifying Us in Advance:

Due to limited space, some products listed on our website are stored in our warehouse and may not be available in our physical store. Additionally, we may not always have the full quantity you're looking for available in-store at the time of your visit.

Not to worry—these products are always available in our warehouse. If a product isn’t available in-store or the quantity in-store is less than what you need, the remaining items can be delivered to you the same day or the next day.
