We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals (HVAC Engineers / HVAC Technicians / HVAC Experts) to join our HVAC and Maintenance Engineering team. The successful candidates will lead the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Candidates must be adept in troubleshooting, system optimization, compliance, and technical coordination for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical applications (e.g., factory plant floors, labs, medical facilities, data centers).

Key Responsibilities:
1. System Design & Engineering
- Design HVAC systems including load calculations, airflow diagrams, ductwork, piping layouts, and redundancy planning.
- Select appropriate HVAC components and VRF systems.
- Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, local codes, and environmental regulations.
2. Project Execution & Commissioning
- Supervise installation, wiring, and system integration.
- Conduct start-up, testing, and commissioning to match OEM and design specs.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and architects for timely project execution.
- Troubleshoot issues during and post-installation, including refrigerant leaks and electrical conflicts.
3. Maintenance & Optimization
- Conduct preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Monitor performance via EcoStruxure™ Asset Advisor, BMS, or other platforms.
- Optimize system operations for energy efficiency (e.g., setpoint adjustments, airflow balancing).
4. Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose issues (e.g., compressor failure, condenser faults, sensor errors) using SE tools.
- Replace/repair defective components in compliance with OEM guidelines.
- Respond to emergencies and minimize system downtime.
5. Service Management & Support
- Handle spare parts sourcing, contractor/vendor coordination, and AMC generation.
- Maintain First Response Time (FRT) and Turnaround Time (TAT) KPIs.
- Provide client support, training, and documentation.
6. General Maintenance Engineering
- Oversee maintenance in industrial settings (e.g., transformer assembly plants).
- Implement and manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans.
- Supervise technicians and ensure strict safety and compliance adherence.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Or HND in Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial HVAC (for Technician role).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in HVAC engineering project management.
- Minimum 6 years for technician roles with strong practical exposure.
- Proven track record with commercial and industrial systems (CRAC, VRF, chillers, etc.).
- Experience with transformer cooling and assembly systems is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, control systems, and psychrometrics.
- Proficiency in EcoStruxure™, BMS, AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC simulation software is an advantage.
- Ability to read P&IDs, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and energy optimization.
- Good interpersonal, team leadership, and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable cooling solutions (e.g., free cooling, adiabatic systems).
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Fieldwork: 65% (site installations, maintenance)
- Office Work: 35% (design, planning, reporting)
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and at heights.
