Job Description:
As a member of the customer service team, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, in-person visits to customers location, via email, or through chat;
- Attend to customers’ questions and complaints appropriately;
- Create positive relations with the customers and identify opportunities to sell related products and services;
- Collaborate with departments, to deal with customers’ complaints.

Qualification Required & Experience:
