Shipping costs are non refundable. you will be responsible for delivering the items to the pick up point, the pickup point will be determined by CETECH Ghana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><h3>Overview<\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CETECH Ghana will not initiate refund\/replacement for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do I return my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly send a request to support@cetechbpa.com. After confirming your return request, Our team will respond to your request and guide you to the next pickup point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation request made by the means of cancelling your order on our website\/app or by sending a request to support@cetechbpa.com be acknowledged. We do not acknowledge any cancellation requests by other means, i.e. through call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the cancellation request of your order is before your order has been shipped, CETECH Ghana will effect a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LATEST UPDATE: FEBRUARY 20, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Sale items<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Exchanges<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Gifts<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Shipping returns<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
